Important Test Code policy

TDF does not provide manual Test Code lookup, recovery, re-sending, reissuance, or replacement. Purchasers who retain access to the original purchase email may retrieve their existing Test Code and receipt through the automated TDF Purchaser Portal. If access to that email account is lost, a new purchase is required.

Test Code Purchase Terms

Price and access

Your purchase provides one shared Test Code containing the number of assessment uses shown in checkout. Standard pricing is $40 per paid assessment. The first completed consumer purchase per purchaser includes one additional complimentary assessment. No sales tax is added.

Expiration

The Test Code remains valid through 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the expiration date shown on the receipt. Remaining uses expire and are not carried forward.

Safekeeping

TDF does not provide manual code lookup, recovery, re-sending, reissuance, or replacement. Automated retrieval requires access to the original purchase email.

Final sale

Except where required by law, digital Test Code purchases are final. Lost codes, unused or expired uses, mistaken quantities, and unauthorized use are not refunded or replaced.

Code responsibility

Anyone possessing a Test Code may consume its uses. You are responsible for controlling access. Uses consumed after sharing, forwarding, disclosure, or insecure storage are not restored.

No resale or misuse

Test Codes may not be resold, transferred for value, used fraudulently, or used to interfere with the assessment service. TDF may suspend a code when misuse or a payment dispute is reasonably suspected.

Assessment results

Purchasing a Test Code provides access to the TDF assessment and its report. It does not guarantee a particular pattern, business, employment, or other outcome.

Payment and privacy

Payments are processed by Stripe. TDF does not receive or store complete card numbers or card security codes. The purchaser authorizes only the total displayed before payment.

Technical delivery failure

The no-recovery policy does not prevent TDF from correcting a duplicate charge or verified technical failure in which TDF did not initially deliver the purchased Test Code.

Electronic acceptance

Checking the acceptance boxes and submitting payment constitutes electronic agreement to these terms and the Test Code safekeeping policy.
